    I cannot believe that you/she wrote an article about the Epcot Food & Wine Festival and totally neglected to mention the Bocuse d'Or...the most prestigious food competition in the world.

    Well, the Ledger food section is horrible. How can you have a restaurant reviewer who does not like garlic?

    What's that you say? No garlic? That's like having a movie reviewer who doesn't like "talkies". Yeah, I'll pay attention to those reviews!

    I was under the impression that a reputable food critic requires a developed palate. How DOES one accomplish this in Polk County FL?

    No garlic, I cannot cook without garlic,,,gheesh, no food reviews for me!!!!

    Well, having eaten in some of the finest restaurants in Tallahassee, I can honestly say, I like Polk County Better.

    LOL @ Max and Rec! I don't cook without garlic, or seasoned salt or onion or celery or basil or lime or black pepper or Worchestershire sauce, or butter or sugar or cheese or oregano....well, you get the idea......

    I didn't know that one could cook and not use garlic.
    It helps keep the moquitoes away.
